CEO, FOUNDER
A globally recognized expert, advisor, and thought leader in organizational transformation, Caitlin leads OE Partners, which she founded in 2024 with the mission of providing practical guidance and advocacy to organizations in transition.
Previously, Caitlin was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and leader in the Organization Practice. Her work there included leading major transformations for large, legacy organizations and family owned businesses across various industries, such as agriculture, industrials, financial services, and healthcare. Caitlin's expertise includes operating model design, governance, decision-making processes, and organizational health.
Caitlin holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude. She is also a prolific author and speaker, having published 11 articles and spoken at numerous conferences.

His expertise spans AI research, product architecture, business case development, and change management, with international experience in North America, Europe, and Latin America. He also served as Executive VP of Technology at a mobile survey startup, overseeing the development and launch of mobile apps.
A published thought leader on AI and automation, Larson holds a Master's and B.A. degrees in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and is an active volunteer with organizations like Protect Our Winters and the Pacific Crest Trail Association.

With a passion for driving innovation and sustainability, Bobby is now focused on leadership roles that can accelerate the decarbonization and energy transition efforts in the industry. In his personal life, he enjoys trail running, hiking, and adventure travel, while balancing family life with raising three young children.
